I am a fully qualified, integrative psychotherapist based in Bedfordshire. The professional body of which I am a registered member is called the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).  I aim to provide you with a professional, safe and therapeutic space to explore what is happening in your life.  I work empathically and non-judgmentally, with honesty and integrity.  

Finding the right counsellor for you is an important part of your journey.  It is not easy to open up and put your trust in a stranger, but it is my belief that with the right counsellor, you can begin to experience the benefits that a therapeutic relationship can have on your life.

Together, we can explore what is concerning you and hopefully, make better sense of your experiences and feelings.
